A curated expedition through three of Scotland's defining whisky regions. From the honeyed glens of Speyside through the sherried heights of the Highlands to the smoky shores of Islay — each 200ml bottle charts a new coordinate on the map of Scotch whisky. Presented in a bespoke flight box.
Expedition Route
Point A — Speyside
Nose — Valley Floor
Orchard fruits, vanilla custard, toasted barley. A gentle introduction to the expedition.
Palate — River Crossing
Honey, green apple, soft oak spice. Clean and approachable with a malty sweetness.
Finish — Clearing
Medium length, gently drying with hints of white pepper and meadow grass.
Point B — Highland
Nose — Ridge Line
Dark dried fruits, polished mahogany, Christmas cake. Deep and layered, revealing new contours with time.
Palate — Summit
Rich sherry influence, dark chocolate, stewed plums, warming cinnamon. Full-bodied and commanding.
Finish — Descent
Long and lingering, with walnut oil, gentle tannins, and a whisper of tobacco leaf.
Point C — Islay
Nose — Coastal Headland
Bonfire smoke, Atlantic brine, tarred rope. Beneath the peat: treacle toffee and salted dark chocolate.
Palate — Sea Cliff
Intense and muscular. Smoked meats, charred oak, iodine, black pepper. PX sweetness emerges mid-palate.
Finish — Horizon
Extraordinarily long. Campfire embers, dried seaweed, and a final note of dark honey that lingers like smoke over water.
